Westside is pleased to have played a part of the Houser Walker team in the design of the Alpharetta Arts Center. If you’re in the area, you should check out the lighting which prominently features local artists’ work. The classrooms have an open airy feel and invite your creative side to join in. Westside (We) did the electrical (lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, lighting control). The lighting was coordinated closely with the architect in the Flex Space and Media Room to that the colors and ceiling lines were cohesive.
This was a renovation of an old and outdated library. The intent by the architect was to leave the original glass block wall in place and make it a feature so we designed LED lighting to trace the contours of the curve.
